What can the teaching staff do?

• Foster the students’ creativity, turning the educational institution into a brainstorming laboratory of plausible ideas.
• Promote the planning of common projects and collaborate with the students in order to carry them out using their own means.
  
• Spread the importance of teamwork in the setup of an entrepreneurial project. 
  
• Foster the value of work and personal effort in order to achieve one’s goals.
  
• Understand the importance of developing the necessary enterprising skills in the students in order to accomplish success in their personal, social, academic and working life.
• Integrate the spirit of the basic competences in the classes, within the framework of what is established in the school syllabuses of the LOE, through any project that promotes them (linguistic competences, digital competences, civic competence, learning to learn, learning how to embark on projects…
• Try to involve the educational community in the promotion of educational values.
